This year, the Summit opens with the first of those cases: an AI service built with a major Korean exchange, which selected Surf as its core development partner over frontier AI labs. For a regulated exchange responsible for millions of traders’ assets, AI output that is plausible but unverified and risks hallucination was not acceptable. Our solution was to organically build the guardrails and quality-control system around the AI, strictly monitoring the input and output so every content generated meets the legal and business requirements.
